ARRIVAL 2025 (motor vehicle)
This year there is a revised arrival concept which, in conjunction with our likewise revised area plan, should help to guide the traffic flows to the camping areas accordingly and thus prevent the increasing traffic disruptions in previous years.
• Guests with the destinations Campground R (reserved areas, pitches with/without electricity connection, inclusion camp, press, VIP) will receive arrival instructions in advance, which have been developed explicitly for this camping area.
• Guests with the destination Caravan Park (caravans with caravans, Caravan & Friends, pitches without electricity) will also receive directions in advance specifically for accessing and traveling to this area.
Both camping areas can be reached via different access routes!
In order to make your arrival as short and uncomplicated as possible, we ask you to stick to the directions we have sent you on the two main arrival days Tuesday and Wednesday! This means in plain language, as soon as you are in the catchment area of the maps we have sent you:
1. turn off NAVI!
2. follow the route!
3. follow the signs!
For guests using the regular festival camping without prior reservation, we will also publish a dedicated route shortly before the festival, which should be followed on the main arrival days, Tuesday and Wednesday. Our arrival concept will for the first time also be supported by large-scale signage, which will guide you to your camping area at key traffic junctions! The three points mentioned above will therefore apply equally to all guests.
ARRIVAL (Public Transport)
• There is a regular bus service from Quedlinburg train station to the festival grounds in Asmusstedt. Bus Timetable
•Additionally, we will once again provide a shuttle bus independent of this between the festival grounds and the surrounding towns during the festival days. Further information such as the timetable and stops will be published later.
